Horizon Property
Management will provide the property owner with the following
services:
- Assume daily management of property.
- Advertise and market the property for
rent using local print, internet, relocation networks, etc..

- Show the property to qualified
tenants.
- Complete a thorough application and screening
process.
- Negotiate lease agreement

- Current occupants will be set up in
our system.
- Enforce lease and collect monthly
rent.
- Handle tenant complaints, maintenance
& other tenant needs. $
- Distribute funds for utilities and/or
vendors.
- Provide detailed monthly
accounting statements & invoices.
- Schedule and facilitate all required
property inspections & routine maintenance, including elevator,
HVAC, painting, plumbing, carpet cleaning, etc..

We will provide the highest level of service to you as well as
your tenants, with attention to detail and professional
commitment. Because of this, your tenants work with us to ensure
rent is paid and your property is properly maintained.
Base Price for this service is based on the property size,
occupancy rate, and rental rates. The approximate cost for this
service is 10% of monthly income or minimum fee of $50 per unit
monthly for smaller properties.
$ Services such as General
Maintenance, Cleaning Services, Lawn & Landscaping Services,
Consulting, etc. are billed at $25-$35.00 hourly in addition to
the Base Price.
$$ Leasing fees
are usually 50% of one month’s rent OR 100% if an independent locator
service or agent is utilized to help lease the property. All advertising expenses are an additional
cost to owner.
