Applications must be filled out in FULL and signed
by each applicant.

All persons over the age of 18 that will be living in
the home will be screened. NO EXCEPTIONS.

There is a
$35.00 application fee for each applicant
which must be paid before we will process the application. The
application fee is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reliable documentation and telephone numbers for all
income sources must be provided. Employment will be verified
on all applicants. If self-employed, you will need to supply
the last 2 years income tax returns as verification.

You must disclose all pets and vehicles of any nature
(e.g. boats, recreational vehicles, etc.). No unlicensed or
inoperable vehicles permitted at any time.

Qualifying is based on income, credit history, and
rental history or ownership.

Applicants must earn a minimum of three (3) times the
rent.

No deposits will be accepted until the application has
been approved.

When approved, the
lease agreement must be signed and
the security deposit made within THREE business days. The
property
will remain on the market until we have a signed lease
agreement and the security deposit has been made. If not signed
within the THREE business days, Horizon Property Management has the
obligation to the owner to process the next application.

RENT AND SECURITY DEPOSIT MUST BE PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO
MOVING IN.

Pets are allowed in some of our
properties, but must be
approved by Horizon Property Management and/or the property
owner. If your pet is allowed, there will be a pet deposit,
or pet fee, for each pet even if they are an "outside" pet.
